Whoot-whoot! That is dedication, what an accomplishment! I made this little sign today and sent it to him by email, posted it on twitter, instagram, and Facebook! I also put an 8 x 10 in a frame on his desk in front of his monitor! :) #nevermissaworkout #workitboy
